About the Role
Applied Pavement Technology, Inc. is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position is based in APTech’s corporate headquarters in Champaign, Illinois, with the potential for a hybrid in-office/work from home schedule.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and critical thinking abilities, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. The primary duties of this position include:
- Composing, updating, and maintaining corporate resumes on an annual basis.
- Working with project managers and technical staff to develop highly engaging and effective project summaries, as well as managing processes for maintenance and upkeep.
- Completing prequalification applications at their annual or multi-year renewal deadlines in coordination with the Marketing Manager and technical program leads.
- Participating in regularly scheduled content calendar development meetings for corporate-owned media. Coordinating with subject matter experts and other marketing staff to create and publish strategic, relevant, and resonant content.
- Assisting with maintenance of existing marketing data records, as well as data analysis and tracking.
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with procurement research, including searching government agency and aggregator websites and identifying relevant leads for business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office software products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform in both self-guided and structured work environments
